Return Eligibility

- Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.  
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition, including all packaging and tags.  
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.  

Refund Process

- Upon receipt of your returned item, our team will conduct a thorough inspection.  
- You will be notified via email regarding the status of your refund once the inspection is complete.  
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow additional processing time as per your financial institution’s policies.  

Shipping Policy for Returns

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.  
- Refund amounts will exclude original shipping fees (if applicable).  

Address Accuracy & Lost Shipments

- Customers must ensure the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We cannot issue refunds for undelivered orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.  
- If an order with a verified correct address is not received, we will initiate a trace request with the carrier. If unresolved, a refund will be issued upon investigation.
